1. Introduction

Welcome to TrueMove. We are a social platform dedicated to genuine connections and thoughtful gestures. We believe in transparency, which means being clear about the data we collect to make these connections possible.

This Privacy Policy applies to the TrueMove mobile application and services operated by Givioo Techcrafters LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using TrueMove, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to facilitate connections, fulfill gifts, and ensure community safety.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Data (Required): To set up your account, we collect your Name, Email Address, Age (to confirm you are 18+), Gender, and City (manually selected).
  • Connection Preferences (Required): To show you relevant profiles, we collect your preferences regarding who you are interested in connecting with (e.g., Men, Women, Non-binary).
    • Note: Under certain state laws, your gender and connection preferences may be legally classified as "Consumer Health Data." We collect this solely to connect you with the right people.
  • Profile Details (Optional): You may choose to share additional details to help others get to know you, such as your bio, height, religion, job title, workplace, school, lifestyle habits, family plans, and connection intentions.
  • Content: Your profile photos and the messages or notes you send to other users.
  • Gifting & Transaction Data:
    • For Senders: When you purchase a gift, we collect the transaction history (item details, value, recipient). We do not store your credit card or banking information. Payment credentials are processed directly by our secure third-party payment processors.
    • For Recipients: When you accept a gift, you provide your Full Name, Physical Shipping Address, Phone Number, and Email. This information is strictly confidential and is NEVER shared with the Sender.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Server & Security Logs)

We do not use third-party advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or external tracking SDKs. We do not show third-party ads. However, to maintain the security and stability of our app, our internal servers automatically collect the following technical data:

  1. Device & Connection Data: IP Address, device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  2. Error Logs: If the app crashes or experiences an error, we collect exception logs (via our internal backend) to help us fix the bug. These logs are used solely for debugging and are not shared with third-party analytics firms.
  3. Coarse Location Only: We do not collect precise GPS coordinates. Your location is determined solely by the City you manually select in your profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We do not exchange your preferences or personal information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. We do not show third-party ads in our app.

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

  1. To Connect You: We use your manual preferences (City, Age, Gender, Interests) to filter and display profiles. We do not use "black box" AI to rank, hide, or manipulate your potential connections.
  2. To Fulfill Gifts: We use Recipient address data solely to generate shipping labels and deliver physical items via our fulfillment partners.
  3. To Ensure Safety: We use IP addresses and device IDs to detect and ban duplicate accounts, scammers, or users who violate our Community Guidelines.
  4. To Communicate: To send you order updates (tracking numbers), connection requests, and important service notifications.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your data only when necessary to operate the service.

  1. With Other Users: Your public profile data (Name, Age, City, Photos, Bio, Gender) is visible to other users on the platform.
    • Note: Your Connection Preferences ("Interested In") are PRIVATE and are not visible to other users; we use them only to filter potential connections in the background.
  2. With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors to help us run our business. We share data with them only for specific business purposes:
    • Payment Processors: To securely process payments and prevent fraud.
    • Fulfillment & Logistics Partners: We share the Recipient's Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, and Email with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. This is strictly to generate shipping labels, facilitate delivery, and send tracking updates.
    • Cloud Infrastructure: To securely host our app and data.
  3. For Legal & Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., a subpoena or court order) or if we believe it is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss.

Our "Blind Gifting" Promise: We never share a Recipient's physical address, phone number, email, or last name with the Sender.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We respect your right to leave, but we must balance this with our duty to keep the community safe and comply with tax laws.

A. The Deletion Process (The "Cooling Off" Period)

When you request account deletion in the app settings:

  1. Your account is immediately deactivated. Your profile is hidden from discovery.
  2. For other users: If you have existing chats, your profile name will appear as "Deactivated Member" (or similar) and your photo will be hidden. Chat history is preserved for the other person, but they cannot send new messages.
  3. We hold your account in this state for 45 days. If you log back in during this time, your account is fully restored.

B. Permanent Deletion & Anonymization

If you do not log in within 45 days, the permanent deletion process begins. We permanently delete or anonymize your personal information. In chat histories, your identity will be permanently updated to "Deleted User."

C. Exceptions: Why We Retain Certain Data

Even after account deletion, we retain specific limited data in a secure, isolated archive:

  1. Safety Retention (1 Year for All Deleted Accounts): We retain basic account identifiers (such as Email, IP Address, and Device ID) for one year after deletion. Why? This safety buffer helps us prevent bad actors from evading reports by deleting and immediately recreating their accounts.
  2. Permanent Ban Enforcement (Indefinite): If an account is explicitly banned for violating our Community Guidelines (e.g., harassment, fraud, or safety threats), we retain these identifiers indefinitely to permanently prevent the user from re-entering the community.
  3. Financial & Tax Compliance (Retained for 7 Years): If you have engaged in a financial transaction (sent or received a gift), we are legally required to retain the transaction record for seven years for tax, accounting, and audit purposes.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, we grant all users the following rights:

  1. Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your account directly within the app Settings.
  2. Right to Correct: You can update your profile information at any time within the app.
  3. Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. As this requires a secure manual export, please email support@truemove.app. We will verify your identity and provide this data within 45 days of your request.
  4. Consumer Health Data: Residents of Washington and Nevada may have specific rights regarding their sensitive data. Please see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for details.

7. Children's Privacy

TrueMove is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately ban the account and delete their data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our app evolves. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We may also notify you of material changes via the app or email, but we encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your consent.
